"I was really only paying attention..."
I was really only paying attention to the specific items I picked out, so it stood out right away when the order arrived wrong. What I received wasn’t what I bought, which was frustrating.

Using the site was kind of frustrating. Some pages took a while to load, and checking out on my phone wasn’t very clear. Also, the website says one thing in one spot and then something else later, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect.

"Customer Service Completely Dropped the Ball"
I reached out for help it felt like they couldn’t care less. The replies were painfully slow, and when they finally did get back to me, nothing was actually helpful. Frustrating when you’re the one stuck dealing with a problem and their support team just acts like it’s not their responsibility.

"Took longer than I expected"
I was expecting my order to arrive a lot sooner, so the wait was disappointing. It ended up taking much longer than I thought it would, and the delivery updates didn’t really help much either. I needed it by a certain time, so the whole thing was frustrating.
